Persons filing tax returns please note: THough no annexures/attachments are to accompany your return some of the IT offices are insisting on the TDS (Form 16) alongwith the return.So please carry it with you and if the dept insists mention that u have handed over the original Form 16/16A on the acknowledgement and take the sign/stamp of the IT office
