This Sabotage happned in 1983, at that time it was under MP Govt, by the name Union Carbide. Though they have given Rs.400 Million to the victims and part of which was paid by DOW.
Dow was nowhere involved in the aciident, still they were kind enough to acquire it.
You are noone to scapegoat someone else for the deed of your own ppl!
