U r wrong venuraja.
In my office (at Bangalore), 80% of the employees are Brahmins. U know why, most of the managers who are in a position to appoint people are Brahmins.
This biased nature is there in language also.
I can quote eg from my office itself.
Earlier we had a Tamil HR manager, he used to appoint all Tamilians.
Later a Telugu fellow came. Now, he is appointing only Telugu speaking people.
This sick minded people are always there.
