If Mumbai is so great how come so many multinationals are setting up shops in NCR such as Noida (UP), Ghaziabad (UP), and Gurgaon (Haryana)? These companies are certainly not in the business of 'samaj seva'. In any case when does Mumbai intend to solve the problems of 'garbage disposal' and 'bomb blasts'.
