Nothing against marathas but they were responsible for imposition of British rule in India due to infighting and besides they fought mughals when they were already no-one. North notwithstanding the Islamic attack for more than thousand years still continues to be the cradle of Hindu civilization and Vedic way of life while others have already become neo-western white lickers.
