you have said rightly...In India dignity of labour is problem because of so called caste system. People still believe that doing such so called low end job like serving,maintanace etc are related to so called lower caste.But fact is also that all service industries India like, IT,HEALTH,TOURISM are earning mejor share of GDP. If you look in religion point of view, all service oriented jobs were attached to 4th level of people..so called shudras.
