Most IIM Grads

end up doing manager giri jobs which benefits their families but not the society. Very few IIM grads end up being enterpreneurs. It is more of a cultural thing where every Indian still craves for a 9 to 5 job. Well done Kaushalendra, I hope and wish that you succeed.
