Hgh education does not mean only job doing
by mallaiah anchoori on Jul 02, 2008 08:53 PM

It is a misconception that all educated should go necessarily for jobs only and education has no meaning if educated do not seek employment.Education primarily opens the gates for knowledge acquisition the application of which could be made in any avocation for eking out a legal & right livelihood. In fact, the eduacated enjoy edge over their counterparts of uneducated in as much as their approach, attitude, methodology differ from a conventional uneducated. In the instant case, the IIM product is putting his masters degree to correct use by taking up his own innovative vegetable trade. What is needed for any thing in life is "management"and Mr Kaushalendra wants to apply the techniques of management in his business instead of working for some others business for a fixed remuneration. It is not at all a bad idea to have been perceived & ,in fact, he needs to be congratulated profusely for his bold & innovative venture. He would also,in the process, when his business expands, be creating employment for others. All the top rated business men of the country today,if one closely observes, are highly educated with scientific approach in their ventures which could be possible only on account of the enlightenment they got from the education they had.One need not feel belittled that, having got educated very high,he is engaged in a business like vegetables, farming or horticulture or poultry. What is needed is dignity of labour & perfection in whatever venture we take up- education helps.
