The story of this person reflects a very important fact of Indian society, namely dignity of Labour. We have classified work as a 2000 rs clerk as something which is of higher in stature and a job of selling vegitables or fruits earning 10,000 rs as lower in stature.
Thats the root of all evils as well as one of the causes of unemployment. Too many youths look for clerical white collared jobs and well earning non clerical jobs go unnoticed, these people get frustrated and curse the system and call their education a waste etc, but they forget that part of the problem is also looking at work and classifying work as with and without status.
In the US so many Indian students work on gas stations, deliver pizzas, work as waiters and also work sweeping and mopping floors. Its a job we say at that time as we are students and need all the cash to pay the fees, but that is infact a very important lesson of Dignity of labour the United States teaches us when we do those jobs.
People like Kaushahendra should be felicitated for taking the Dignity of Labour to the maximum extent, to the place where class and caste conflict is at its peak..namely Bihar.
This person is infact the winner of the Lead India initative and not some debate masters of Television, where he has set a example.
Kudos and Congrats, all Indians are proud of this gentleman.
