Rs 1,500-crore Sobha Developers Ltd:
$ 1 billion = $ 1,000,000,000
= Rs 1,000,000,000 x 42
= 42,000,000,000
= 4200 Crores
With only 1500 crore, how is he a Forbes billionaire ?
