The author probably has never ventured outside a Boutique or a designer store to purchase a shirt. It is amazing that he has never heard of Rs.100 shirts being available across the country for the masses. Such people should remain confined in their Caviar and champagne air conditioned rooms and not venture out with their views in public especially when there is a high disconnect with reality in their examples being used.
