Just to be No.1 TCS has recruited 35% more employees than what it can handle. I dont think it is a good idea to post these types of news by Rediff. If there is problem in company planning and policies, and because of that it is cutting down salaries, that does not mean IT industry is going down. Looks like, Rediff is getting paid to make an enviornment and prepare IT consultants to expect salary cuts, so that IT companies can book more profit. Please dont do this and let the core people who are back bone of IT industry get paid what they deserve.
