I have been in TCS and then left it. TCS always finds an alibi to reduce salary or give its employees as less as possible. They did the same in 2004. Its nothing new.All the reasons they have mentioned are just for show-off.Enjoy...you TCS employees and have fun. Now that US-onsite in not so lucrative, any plan B?
