I dont agree with you, Everyone is paid to do a Jod within a fixed time frame.if they cant meet this basic minimum.they deserve a cut in their salary. Let me tell you. TATA Group is one of the Best Admired Business group in INDIA, They were not into ant Business that was under Licence Raj. they were and are into Core Business like iron and sdteel, Poweer Generation etc, Unlike the birlas , who thrived on Licence raj. Today Except aditya birla group.all other MARWARI COMPANIES HAVE perished, According to Ms Swati piramal of Piramal group.The Marwaris colloctively lost in 1 night .all they created in 30 years.rather Tatas are growing and taking over Companies abroad Tata's have the Best corporate Governance TATAS always cares for their employes unkike Marwari companies.where to Come Up .u have to do Dirty work.....
