at least TCS have some wise managers..well done..and keep going..there are thousands of new comers to the software field who are ready to work for 10k pm ...they are specially trained especially for software jobs (MCA,NTTF,DIPLOMAS..)Not like core engrs ( ECE,EEE,CE,ME )who are playing a dual role now a days as a softy.These ppl were trained for some other things...and acute shortage is there in the market for these engrs..but this white collar job made them like this.. god knows how these ppl will survive after this devlopmnts...more over in US lay off already started ..many on site softys will flow back to india...wats the future of softy who left homeland for a huge package...
