It's really sad that TCS has announced this. All other explanation that the cut is part of incentive not salary, its miniscule 1.5% is B**S**.
The writting is on the wall. It is going to tough ride from on.
Lets face it.
Upgrade, cross skill, upskill, network, do all these standard tasks as we did in 2001.
Time to pull up our socks! Chak De.
