man ur US healthcare is collapsing quickly and people in US are coming to India for dental checkups. What is this you go on about USA/Canada. Everything depends on how much money you have and I have lots of it, so I dont worry about all that. Forests etc leave all that and prepare for the 2nd great depression. It boils down to individual richness and I am sure I am more richer than you fool. On and on you go about this and that. And by the way I have none of the diseases that you mentioned about.
