I doubt whether the author is holding a phd or not ? For a sake of argument will he oblige to put the scanner on his degree? (MA?) Quality of education is increasing all the time. Is it possible for the oldies to operate the computer like a children of today? If it is so it will end up with questining the 10 th or 12 th grade of a student while he is doing his BSc or Msc or any other diploma or degree.
