ru mad? what kind of reporter rediff hires... do they have lot of miney to waste..? i can give 100 reasons why Phds shld get better salary and facility... a country can propser if the bearacrats are phds much better than even IASs.. In phd one really learns how ot be patient, optimistic and deal with difficult situation and how to think and do things logically and in systematically.. IAS in india is all crap my Boss is phd and 3 IAS are woking under him.. i see that out put form phd could be more than bachelors who mug up and read things which they never experince and go onto holding big offices what a illogical article rediff is publishing!!!
