Mr. Srinivasa Raghavan, before writing any article you should know the basics. Who is Ram Gopal Agarwal to talk about meaningless things, I think he spoke to you in the corner of a room. I challenge you and your respected Ram Gopal to come for an open challenge and discuss the issue at least with the doctoral students presently pursuing their degrees. Please know the facts before writing any article. If he is an economist let him allow talking about economics but not about other things. Does he know anything about science and technology?
