These 'do without expecting anything' principles do not work in real life, friend. Go to the US and see how they treat their PhDs...profs there are reasonably well paid, not the pathetic 15000 or so rs. that they get paid in India. Understand that quality will not come for free. There's nothing wrong with academicians making money - some of the great scientists like Edison and Graham Bell were also extremely rich. Think practical instead of expecting people to be like saints.
