About expiry date for Ph.D

Knowledge Multiplies as you grow and if you teach whatever you have learnt. Therefore, there is no expiry date for the degree one earns.

I suggest the author to visit IITs and if he is a tecnical man let him manage a Ph.D admission and complete the degree.
