I have great idea to solve problem of traffic

Why not increase excise , taxes on cars 10 times - - sell a maruti 800 in 5 Lac, Santro - in 10 Lac, Honda City in 30 Lac,

When some one breaks signal - dont collect his licence , collect his car for 3 months.

This will reduce number of new cars on road and traffic problem will be solved
