how should Universal Bank enter the rural market?
by xxx xxx on Jan 04, 2008 01:43 AM

Universal bank should set up Banking terminals at places where farmers sell thier crops/dairy products. The bank should encourage the local business personnel to issue bank checks in lieu of payments to the farmers. This will attract more customers to the bank and the bank should take care of secondary step of educating villagers about the benefits of savings and other attractive products available with the bank.
