I agree, today especially in India all wants to become manager, poor in technical skills, low prodoctivity compared to china, he/she works as software engineer and plans to take MBA with a big dream and join tooth paste company after MBA as sales manager -:)
Dear frends beware that in more captains and few rovers we never win any race !!!
Also we are commiting suicide by switching career, paying higher rates to not worthy property and thus asking higher pay at the organisation. In near future all will realise this, please wake up, be smart NOT Dumb IT professional!!!
