This is true in TCS , Asia largest software company. TCS has several BRM's in USA who are Bas*tards and they need only bootie lickers, nothing else... Since HR is a totaaly ineffiecient team in this company, BRM's rule and no one can question them... Project managres in India have no control.. I can give numerous examples of various accounts... I am sure the situation is same in Wipro and Satyam.. Infy is better... I am sure some BRM will reply to this...
