I think this article does not reflect reality. Indian organizations have not developed the mentality of critical assessment of line managers (be it Team Leaders, Managers, Vice Presidents or even CEOs). The moment you challenge your boss you are in trouble in this country. Here inefficiency of the boss needs to be protected at all cost. It is just a dream.
