RE:The boss is always right. Just Lick him
by Nikhil Parulkar on Jan 01, 2008 01:26 PM

Thru times in India we have always followed some one or the other,& no one could question his/her boss, you would ask Why? Because most bosses in Indian companies(also read Indian Multinationals)want followers so employees follows..right or wrong no matter , since this from board or Seniors just do it.This is Authority. When an employee does this & if there are problems the accountability will never be taken by seniors & that is where the problems are. No one (I repeat) No one in any indian entity (Banks, IT firms..etc) or their senior Management has the guts to accept accountability...They are on front pages of Business Magazines..accepting award (probably rigged ones)...talking big...i mean all CEO's , MD's ...Board . However they really dont know what shit is going on in their companies.
Thru some sources I came to know that one CEO in Banking entity spends full day asking his one downs aaj ka profit kitna hai...& bank ka stock kaisa hai...If this is the case how will he ever lead the organisation or be a role model. Truth is just because you are on front page of Magazine & accepting awards means nothing. Its the psyche that needs change.

India today does not have those type of leaders.
Exception ( Infosys). They can be called Global.
