It is absolutely true. 'The leader is the one who can take his/her entire team to achieve an objective set by Department/Company. This is not happening in our Company. Bosses want authority without accountability. When question of accountability comes they simply make their subordinates scapegoat. Authority with accountability only solve the problem.
