The whole problem lies in lack of professionalism in Indian Corporates. In our country companies are managed in the same old age feudalistic style.I had to leave my previous job just because I demanded a decent increment after working for the company for two yeras. Without even giving a month's notice as per the agreement the Chairman of the Company asked me to put in my papers.These types of managements cannot look the issue ina broader perspective, because their vision is blurred by their cronies.
