I want to make one more point. Everything happens at the Top & not at bottom ...so if any CEO or MD or Head -HR or even the Board of Director is reading this...let me tell you simply ...You need to change not your employees as they will take what you give them..If you give them bureacracy, they will develop that & when they rise they will do the same to the new comers...so you see it is you who has to change & make change if required.
You need to come down from that big seat of yours .
Also, In US if a CEO makes a mistake he quits (Chuck Prince - Citi), will our CEO's do the same for benefit of share holders..NEVER ...They will find scrapegoats to take responsibilities. That is how and Indian CEO's are.
