Its a skill to understand what your boss wants, and if you are capable of providing it before he ask for it. you are the perfect subordinate he is looking for.

Even seen many Estimators keeping the answeres ready in a note pad, what they know the boss is going to ask before he signs the tender documents. ( They foresee, what the boss is more interested to know, where he is more concerned about?) thats the key to success
