I doubt it. Bosses are still very much right. They can be proved wrong only if the argument is with a senior or very 'useful' resource. . Otherwise, the bosses are believed more than the employees, especially new ones, who would not fight an established boss anyway. . Companies know this and still support the bosses because they 'bring in business'.
