Sometimes if you do against your boss he can ruin your career not only in the company but across industry. I am a victim of my Boss's attitude and am out of my job. He is screaming to the whole world and ruining my career. Ofcourse, I consider barking dogs do not bite and am trying to come out on my own. One day my boss would realise his mistake and I am sure.
