FM has waived loans for farmers. But what about those poor farmer who strived day and night saving every penny to pay the loan? They too are poor marginal farmer who faced great difficulties in paying back these loans. Som reimbursement should also be made to them. Otherwise wrongs signal would be sent which would result in a situation that those farmers which are paying loans will stop making payments in future and wait for relief or waiver.
