dude.. things have changed a lot now. agri conti is 20 % into GDP but u can't ignore services and industry which has rest 80% . a country will propsper better when agriculture dependecny is reduced. see any western country. until when?? we are 60 years ahead of independence.. and its' not small money! 60k crore!!! almost 0.3% of out GDP!!! next time, these uneducated ppl will take loan. do nothing and will enjoy on that money. and educated ppl are strugging with no source of income. Don't you think it is going to cause a seriuos imbalance?? This is completely a negative step and will not improve anyhting.. whole election gimmick!!
