Biharis think that railway is their baap ke jaidaad and they make every train run on their whims.For your information, IR is not allowed to sell their food after entering Bihar just because localites want to do business in trains. There are many illigal train halts in Bihar.Wave your hand and train stops for you.And if motorman doesn't agree to stop they he gets beaten. No reservation rule exists. Even if you have reservation,people will not get up from your births. There are many things to list down and all this is happening because lalu yadav is railway minister. Shame on Bihar !
