This is a brilliant response to Raj Thackeray from Lalu Yadav!
By cutting the railway fares, Lalu is encouraging more Biharis to flood Mumbai and create more trouble for Raj and his MNS!
It is well-known fact that for Biharis railway is the only preferred mode of travel. And cheaper fare only encourages them to buy tickets to Mumbai!!
