Love to see so many comments. Earlier people were more concern about financial health of our public sector units. Everybody predict doom for railway. This man, Lalu, has now made it profitable, plus he provided new facility like e ticket and improved the existing railway stations (though not upto people expectation, specially people sitting in US/ Europe). He implemented all scheme from his own railways coffer. He is also working on Frieght Corridor.
Still people won't appreciate his effort. They would bring every possile excuse to accuse him. I think because of their political affiliation.
Some would say its because of Officer on special duty, Sudir Kumar or Railway board, but these very people were their earlier too.
I agree we was not able to do anything concrete for Bihar during his 15 year. But here he has actually bring railway from Blues to Black. For all of you When last time you took interest in railway budjet??
