So an educated peoson like LALOO was CM of Bihar , tell me then why BIhar has 1st in evry negative asspect??

No.1 corrupted Policitican stay in Bihar.
no1. Illerate rate in bihar?
no1 poorest state is bihar in asia

So what ur LALOO did for bihar???
