budget:do pm and fm have free hand

do our pm and fm want free hand? well they can haveit ! these so called economist first should ensure that the loans given to industrilists /business houses for the lats sixty years be made public!do these dignitries have the guts even to do this! can they publish the names of the business houses who have been given loans to the tune of thousan billion and have failed to return back and waived off by the govts so that they can siphon off national wealth in connivance with politicians!the farmer is committing sucides because he has no money to pay and the govt. is confiscating his land and ruinng him like the old money lender of the past! why cant the govt do the same with business houses !why cany they confiscate /seize the properties /assests of the business houses who have failed to return the thousand biillion rupees of the nation!The challenge is for the PM and FM to atleast publish the names of the business houses who have failed to return the loans given to them !can they take this challenge!can CPI M ensure that PMand FM publish the bnames of the business houses who have failed to return the loans and have siphoned off nationa wealth !
