You are right, Anand Krish. But your initial statement - you having an MTech degree and the boss was 'only a diploma holder' - shows your arrogance that if you have a degree then you are better. This is not just you, even throughout India, this is the feeling - the more degrees you have, the more prestige! But what the hell do you do with the degrees? With your degree and two dollars, one could get a cup of coffee!! that is all! One has to have a business and entrepreneurship and the courage to take risks to succeed.
