Yes, why not. Our children need basic facilities AND laptops. Imagine all the kids having it. What great potentials may be unleashed. I took takhti, slate and bag and I am sure our successors need to take laptops. Those harping about basic things first only want to perpetuate the backwardness forever-forever.
