they tried something , praiseworthy...but the details doent look impressing, first of all 97 CC will have difficulty to carry one 90 Kilo guy, so rest you imagine !!! Secondly its imp to know how much speed this car can achieve, with my little knowledge abt car , it is practically not interesting if this can cannot reach a moderate speed....the again it depends if it is designed to replace pollution creating auto rickshaws then some other story, but if this is created to replace cars then we have a big problem....well lastly the design, aero dynamic dosnot mean it has to be lokk like a coffin on 3 cycle tyres...well it might be changed to a formula one car with some changes in the design i suppose :-)
