If this "contraption" (an apology in the name of a "car") has any fuel efficiency then the credit goes to its ENGINE and the designers of the engine and that would mean the credit should go to HONDA, because in an automobile the fuel efficiency is determined mainly by its ENGINE. These guys have BOUGHT a HONDA LAWN MOWER ENGINE and covered it with a casing, added 3 bicycle wheels and called it a "CAR". The credit of the fuel efficiency here goes to HONDA
