Hey Ajit, Its not necessary everyone has same skills. I may not be a automotive engineer to build a car.. but that doesnt mean i cant comment. This is ridiculous to be called a car. Call it anything else.. fine. And if university has called it an invention, then we can surely think of what pressure under which they have budged. This is not rite and it just brings down the standard of university to call it car. Give a new name if it invention... Invention is not in making a car go in lesser mileage. Thats performance tuning. Invention is bringing a brand new product never before utilized or seen in the market.. Else this is a version of something may be large vespa scooter.. thats it.
