The (so-called)Global Financial System (GFS)by its very design is destined to collapse. By all their attmpts IMF, WB etc. can only elongate its life; not save it from its ultimate collapse.
But one cannot understand this as long as he views the "financial system" as the part of "economic system". The fact is that under the Capitalistic System the reverse is true--the so-called "economic system" is the part of "financial system".
