RE:RE:Yes, UPA is saving Chidambaram.
by sundara raman on Apr 25, 2008 11:33 AM

I fully agree with Mr Sahadevan. Chidambaram has totally failed. When the UPA government was formed, Mrs Sonia Gandhi said that austerity measures would be undertaken to curtail government expenditure. However, this has not been done. No one has declared their assets. Allowing FDI, SEZ, JVs, merger and aquisitions, giving full support to the business community have made us to believe whether the government is capable of doing any good thing to the poor people. During freedom movement many people sold their properties, left their studies to join Mahatma Gandhi to make a Free the Nation (India) from the British. They were upright in their dealings and helped Gandhi achieve the goal. Today's politicians are amassing wealth by selling the nation for their own benefits. Instead of uplifting the downtrodden,(for which they announced some yojnas in the name of infamous leaders)these people are divided by castes and artitrary decisions taken to ruin the poor for their own benefits. They are talking tall but have proved they are an inefficient bunch. Pawar is interested in cricket, chidambaram is in favour of big business houses for getting something himself and for party supremo. Arjun Singh is there to divide the country in the name of 'quota'. Anbumani Ramadoss, under the umbrella of his father Ramadoss is blackmailing Karunanidh. In turn Karuna is dictating terms to Sonia / Manmohan. And Karuna's Dravida Muttal Kazagam is turning politics as a family business. TR
