Is the UP govt to blame

The UPA Government is responsible for the price rise. They were never in control of the situation and letting the situation to go on its own. Only when the situation rose to a serious level, they started acting, which is late. When Rajiv was in power, he used to institute tech mission which yielded results. No sort of such things are considered. Even under huge oil price rise, never alternative measures are even thought about. Probably they have their own agenda.
