When India was FE deficient, it was MMS & Narsimha rao who did the work.

Russia as well as China too went for IMF loan, when Commies were anti IMF.
How conviently you guys forgets History and start misleading.

I am not a UPA supporter but I do recognise MMS contribution to India as FM.

He was given a chance as FM and he did a marvellous job.
